Great location, walking distance to the beach.

The website claimed free breakfast and parking, but there was no breakfast and we were charged for parking.

Great location! Just a block from the beach. Really good restaurants close by too! The rooms were clean and beds really comfortable!

The construction around it was annoying but the hotel provided a sound machine that helped.

The room was on the first floor, but the first floor was below street level and the entrance was outside, facing traffic. The property was on the coast highway, which was very busy.

This hotel is advertised as 3.5 stars and its 2 stars maybe. only good thing about this hotel is location. The check in process is confusing because there may or may not be staff. Room was dirty, hairs in the bathroom, dirty carpet. Don?t waste money.

Location. Steps from the beach. I have stayed here a lot but they dropped the ball this time. The young man who checked me in was very nice and helpful.

They put me in Room 106. 106 is the only room next to the door from the parking lot. The door slammed all night, a car alarm in the parking lot was blaring for 10 minutes and at 4 am, the garbage truck showed up, the backup signal beeping away.

The room was not clean. The beds are on the floor! There were NO chairs; nowhere to sit. The "beds" were lumpy. There is simply no redeeming quality of this stay. In fact, we left the hotel at 1:58 AM and drove home (134 miles).

The location. The decor is simple and modern. The room is quite large. Check-in and support with the website and app were very easy. Parking is free. I prefer the parking lot that was across the little street: more space, very close.

The information on parking was confusing. First, it says, "free." But then, after you register, it says "$25 for guaranteed parking." In fact, there is no "guaranteed parking"--you don't have to pay. As of Feb 2023, parking is free.

The location is amazing! Right across the street from a beautiful beach.

The room was not very clean - sand on the floor, table by the door had stains on the top. The room was small and cramped for 6 of us.

If you are in the front on PCH side you will hear traffic all hours. Elevator exhaust smell.

It was an awful room for the price. The ac smelled bad. The room was noisy from outside sources. It was the worst room i ever saw for the price. Parking was bad. I will never stay there again.

It was a block away from the beach! The room was also beautiful and spacious. The staff was also amazing!

Room was old. Stains all over the carpet. Two sheets covered the bed spread rather than a cover. Room was damp and muggy.

Good location by the beach, clean room, friendly staff. Right by a few cafes and a liquor store.

The breakfast wasn¿t the greatest, apple, pastry and granola bar.

The proximity to the beach is great but other than that this was a disappointment experience.

Parking is very tight and hard to pull into. I was charged a resort fee of 15.00 for wifi and a continental breakfast that ended up being a small vending machine danish and an old Apple. The room was small and we found a small blood stain on the bed.

It fit the budget for the night. The room was clean. Close to the beach.

Parking was TERRIBLE. Parking spaces were very narrow. I was not able to activate the HDMI2 Port on the room's television to view my personal video. Entrance to the hotel is very unprofessional, filled with old furniture and trash.

The proximity to the beach. It is right across the street! The front desk staff was very helpful with questions we had and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

My only negative is the site stated free parking and a $10 per day resort fee. The pool and gym were closed, so instead of charging us $10 per day resort fee, they charged us $10 a day for parking.

Hotel location could not have been any better. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was perfect. And it was so nice they have beach chairs. Beach towels. Umbrellas. And sand toys available for no charge. I did not want to leave and will be back soon

No! We honestly loved everything!

The room said there was free breakfast & parking. There wasn’t food offered due to Covid and the hotel charged a parking fee since they said they weren’t charging a resort fee. But there was no pool, breakfast or amenities. Felt that was bad form.
